  • 400 ml yoghurt must be thick
  • Tzatziki mix / garlic powder / fresh garlic
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Dill spice with flowers or pepper with flowers


  1. Step 1 - Mix fermented milk with all the above ingredients. Spice with dill, pepper and flowers.
  2. Step 2 - It would be good to sit for 30 minutes in the fridge before consuming it.


Goes great with the Greek 'pita' bread, toast, sticks or any other pastry
